Terms of Service

These are the rules for using elliottmorgan.com ("the site"). By visiting, signing in, calling the show line, or submitting anything, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the site.

The site is built and maintained by Jesse on Elliott Morgan's behalf. "We" / "us" below refers to that team collectively. Elliott doesn't run the day-to-day operation of the site himself.

The short version

• Don't be a jerk.
• Don't try to break the site, abuse other users, or impersonate anyone.
• What you submit, we may use on stream or hide entirely. Our call.
• The site is provided as-is. We don't owe you uptime or correctness.

Accounts

Sign-in is provided through Twitch or magic-link email via Supabase. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If your account is compromised, let us know via the contact form and we'll lock it.

We may suspend or delete accounts that:

• Submit spam, abuse, or repeated low-effort content.
• Try to manipulate or attack the site or its users.
• Impersonate Elliott or anyone else.
• Violate the laws of the United States or your local jurisdiction.

Link submissions

When you submit a link via the site, you grant us the right to read it, discuss it publicly (on stream, in clips, in social posts), credit you by your sign-in display name, store the submission in our moderation tools, and mirror the submission to Elliott's private production Slack workspace for triage. Approved submissions are stored indefinitely. Denied submissions are removed within 14 days of denial.

Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, anything illegal, anything intended to harass a real person, or links to malware / phishing.

Voicemails (the show call-in line)

When you call the show line and leave a voicemail, you grant us the right to play your recording publicly on stream, on the site, in clips, and on social media, and to mirror the recording, transcript, and call metadata to Elliott's private production Slack workspace for triage. Your phone number is not displayed publicly. We don't ask for your name — anything you say in your message is simply part of the recording.

Don't leave voicemails containing threats, harassment, illegal content, or content involving anyone other than yourself who hasn't consented to be recorded.

Approved voicemails are stored indefinitely. Denied voicemails — and the underlying audio file — are removed within 14 days of denial. If you change your mind about a voicemail after it's been approved, contact us and we'll remove it. We can't promise removal from clips that have already been published elsewhere (e.g., social posts that have been shared further).

Live call-ins

If you verify a phone number on your account, you may call the live show line and your call may be answered live during a stream. By verifying a phone and calling the live line, you grant us the right to answer your call publicly on stream and to keep an internal log of the call (your phone number, account email and display name, and start/end timestamps). The audio of live calls is not recorded by the site. If Elliott is offline or doesn't pick up, your call falls through to the voicemail flow above and the recording rules in that section apply.

Don't use the live line to threaten, harass, impersonate, or share illegal content. Elliott or another admin may block a phone number from calling either line at any time, with no notice and no appeal. You can remove your verified phone number from your account at any time on the Account page; that doesn't delete log entries from prior calls — request deletion via the contact form if you want those removed too.

Content moderation

Elliott and his moderation team have full discretion over what gets played, published, or featured. There is no appeal process. Removal of your submission or voicemail isn't a statement about you personally — most removals are about scope, timing, or fit.

Don't try to break things

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or attempt to penetrate the site's security.
• Submit content designed to crash, overload, or compromise the site.
• Scrape the site at a rate that affects performance for others.
• Bypass rate limits, sign-in requirements, or moderation gates.

Good-faith security research is welcome. If you find a vulnerability, please tell us via the contact form before publishing it anywhere.

The site is provided as-is

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be available, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

The opinions expressed on the site are Elliott's own. They're not investment advice, legal advice, medical advice, or any other kind of professional advice. Don't make decisions that matter based on what you read here.

Third-party links and services

The site links to and integrates with third-party services (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Telnyx, Slack). We're not responsible for what those services do with your data once you interact with them. See our privacy policy for what we share with whom.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site changes meaningfully. The date at the top reflects the last update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
